Read More quick to respond to my phone call, was extremely knowledgeable about solar energy, polite and timely when scheduling a meeting at my house. Mark guided me through the installation process and fully explained how the system worked. He answered all my questions and concerns I had. A few days later, I agreed to have HPM install the solar system. Joshua Lomeli, the project manager contacted me with the dates of the installation. On the day of installation, all of the parts and equipment were delivered and Joshua and the crew arrived. They were very professional and successfully installed the panels and batteries. Several days later, Joshua returned and met with a fire department inspector and L.A. County inspector. A few hours later, the system was up and running and I am so pleased and happy. I highly recommend HPM Solar if you are considering Solar. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with them. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do it. Joshua was great.

Their pricing was very competitive--we got three quotes and, while HPM's wasn't the lowest, it was the most comprehensive and their customer service was head and shoulders above the other vendors. It's been two years and everything is still working perfectly. And, since having solar installed, we have not had to pay a single electric bill. We've referred HPM Solar to our neighbors and will definitely work with them again to install a storage/battery system. Highly recommend!

  Reached out to HPM for a quote on solar and battery storage.

Within 24 hours, I had a quote detailing the proposed solar array, information breaking down power... Read More generated, amount of kWh usage offset, and even Google Maps imagery showing the roof heat map as well as a rendering of the panel installation. Was not expecting such a detailed proposal.

Then Mark spent nearly 40 minutes of his time on the phone with me patiently answering all of my questions about the estimate and the entire installation process.

Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and I did not get the feeling at all that he was irritated having to be on the phone with me responding to the many questions I had.

Off the bat, *superb* customer service. Other businesses need to take notes from Mark.

Read More got a Savant battery that allows me the flexibility of backing up my house, or maximizing my credits with SCE. Also, it didn't consume my entire garage wall. After the installation, the battery software glitched and wasn't performing up to what I wanted. They guys were great. Service after the sale is a plus. Josh did a great job project managing the installation. But when I had some issues, he stayed with me, being very responsive. After a few tweaks, the system exceeds my expectations. I know what you're thinking, shouldn't the installation be perfect from day one. I get it, but to me, and excellent company is one that stays with you just in case there is a glitch. 5 stars all the way.

He was professional, transparent, and extremely responsive. He showed up to my house, walked us through everything and answered all of our questions.

Once we signed on the dotted line, I was assigned my project manager, Joshua Lomeli... if I thought Mark was great, Joshua was fantastic!! We communicated regularly through the entire process. He provided updates at each milestone. Once we started our installation, he stopped by regularly to see the progress and make sure my customer experiences was acceptable.

My project was completed per the schedule. The only hold up was SCE. I know this for a fact because I was able to check the status of the application and I could see it was still pending on their system.

5 months after my install, I had a question about something (related to the app) and I sent Joshua an email. He replied next day with the answer and some additional info.

I am so pleased that I chose HPM and I would recommend them to anyone looking for Solar!

  The Guys at HPM were great from start to finish. Mark came to my house with all the cost analysis and layouts for the system and explained everything very clearly.... Read More He had all the price breakdowns for labor and equipment ready, with all the equipment and warranty coverages as well. His quote was as right in line (slightly lower) with others companies in the area. Once we got approval, His installation team, headed by Erik, showed up and did a phenomenal job. His follow up after the install was also very impressive. We had a couple small issues after the install that they immediately addressed and fixed. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. We've had a lot of home projects done and HPM was by far the best experience we've had with a home improvement project.

They did a great job for us in what was a fairly complicated configuration due to multiple structures that needed panels installed. The quality of the work is exceptional and the placement of equipment to minimize the impact the aesthetics on the house was done very well. Every member of their team was great to work with and were very responsive whenever I had any questions. Even now, several months after the installation was finished, If I text the project manager with a question, I get an almost immediate response. Great people, great company, great result.
